Social Work is sacred work

Reclaiming Soul Work is a heart centered podcast by two queer black femme healers and spiritual social workers who explore the intersection of magic, spirituality, identity and ancestral connections through the lens of tarot, divination, mysticism, mental health, and everything in between.

In Episode #3, we are speaking truth to power and challenging us to examine and question what we have learned as practitioners! It’s time for us to move beyond what we’ve been taught to “be” and “do” in our “professional” roles.

We are going to talk about the ways we need to unlearn, learn, and relearn so that we can embrace and promote a decolonized spiritual and wellness based practice as humxns, counselors, social workers, practitioners, and helping professionals. And if you watch/listen to this episode all the way to the end there will be a nice freebie for our divination luvin’ babes and friends.

Here is an excerpt: “As Spiritual Social Workers and Practitioners, we must examine, challenge and unlearn what we been taught in these training and graduate school programs!"

And for our audio podcast friends-Episode 3 will later be available on Spotify too!

But if you can, do catch us live as we’d love to be in conversation with you!
